Classes Offered


Reformer- Work on the Allegro Reformer, incorporating various props. Modifications are used to accommodate each student’s individual needs.

Cardio- Combine your Pilates & cardio/calorie-burning workouts. Done lying down on the reformer utilizing the jumpboard.  Jog & jump lying on your back- so much fun!

Reformer Plus- A reformer class along with a 10-15 minute mat workout!  Develop core strength, improve flexibility, increase range of motion & build stamina.

Tower- Perform the Cadillac exercises on the tower.  Incorporates the Pilates mat work as well to stretch the body & gain flexibility.

Core Ballet Workout- This calorie-burning workout will lenghthen, lift & sculpt your body!  Developed from a strong dance foundation, this workout is designed for anyone to do. No dance experience needed!  Challenge your legs, bum, arms & core, and then end class with a relaxing ballet stretch!
